Books

I wrote something a bit longer and wanted to share on its own page. Heavily inspired by Kirschen's "Gear" project, I wanted to write something that's free and can help newer lifters with programming.

Don't take this for more than it is- it's not trying to replace the Book of Methods or any other more advanced text; this seeks to bridge the gap between ground zero and some other introductory books. In essence, it tries to get the lifter up to speed to improve their comprehension of more advanced texts. Private feedback from friends has been positive (even some who aren't lifters) and I think it's in a good enough state to share.

You can download the ebook for free here (ePub and PDF available).

You can also buy an *at-cost* print copy here if you prefer a physical book (I make no money from this- after shipping and taxes for me personally it was just under $10 USD total).

Here is a revenue (or lack thereof) breakdown.
